DK Off License operates a strict Challenge 25 policy.

• Identification: Valid photo ID (Passport, Driving License, or PASS-accredited card) is mandatory for all orders containing age-restricted items, including but not limited to alcohol, cigarettes, vapes, and tobacco products.

• Presence at Delivery: The person who placed the order must be present to receive it. We cannot leave age-restricted goods with anyone under 18 or unattended (e.g., in a "safe place").

• Refusal of Service: Our drivers reserve the right to refuse delivery if valid ID is not provided, or if the recipient appears heavily intoxicated. In such cases, a refund for the restricted items may be withheld to cover delivery costs.

2. Delivery Hours & Scheduling

We only process and fulfill deliveries during our active operating hours.

• Operating Window: * Mon–Sat: 6:00 PM – 11:45 PM

  • Sun: 4:00 PM – 9:45 PM

• Pre-Orders: Any orders placed outside of these windows will be held and processed once the next delivery window opens.

• Postcode Restrictions: Delivery is strictly limited to our 3-mile radius. Orders placed for addresses outside this zone will be cancelled and refunded.
